If you have any problems with your computer, please feel free to contact us via the internet or by phone. We will ask you about the condition of your computer and provide an estimate and repair details (free of charge).

If you are using PC courier service
Yamato Transport will come to your designated address to pick up your computer. The driver will take care of packing the computer, so all you need to do is prepare the computer and the items that come with it.

*If you wish, we will also arrange collection for Yamato Transport (free of charge).
*You can also bring it directly to the store.
*In the unlikely event that a machine breaks down, data may not be retrieved or may be lost, so please back up important data in advance.

SSD replacement work

We will proceed with work such as SSD replacement and cloning according to the customer’s request.
The SSDs we use are only genuine and new domestic products from the world’s top manufacturers.

*We use SSDs that have passed compatibility tests with your PC.
*If the SSD breaks within one year, we will replace the SSD and install the OS for free, with only the round-trip shipping fee. However, please note that the data cannot be recovered.

After all work is completed, we will contact you. If you pick up your computer by courier, we will safely package it and deliver it to you at the date and time and location of your choice. If you specify cash on delivery, please pay the repair fee in cash to the delivery company. *In the case of transfer, the item will be shipped after the transfer is confirmed. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for shipping the product after the work is completed. We will inform you of the shipping charges in the quotation, so we ask for your understanding in advance. If you wish to pick up your item at our store, please visit our store at a time that is convenient for you during our business hours.
