If you wish, “OS clean installation” is available

If you do not need the data or software, we recommend a clean OS installation. You can install the latest OS (such as Windows) on a new SSD and use it in the same clean state as when you purchased it. Return of replacement parts

If necessary, you can return the original storage you replaced. Unless you specify otherwise, we will erase and discard the data at our store.

OS clean installation

If you wish, we can completely initialize your computer and return it to you. However, please note that in that case, the data and software you were using, including Office, etc., will be deleted.

We also provide free diagnostics, such as checking the health of your computer and confirming the nature of the problem, before starting any special work that incurs a fee.

PC courier collection

It is OK even if you do not have the box when purchasing the product. We will come to pick up your package with a special box, and our driver will package it at your doorstep.

We only use genuine domestic SSDs from the world’s top manufacturers. The Samsung, SanDisk, Crucial, and WD SSDs used in this service are from the world’s top manufacturers, carefully selected after comprehensively evaluating the balance of performance, price, warranty, etc.

If the SSD breaks within one year, we will replace the SSD and install the OS for free with only round-trip shipping.
*Please note that failures due to customer negligence are not covered by the warranty. Please note that data cannot be recovered.

Choose from the 4 manufacturers listed above. We will check the compatibility of the  customer’s computer and the SSD and check for any problems, but if you have a preferred manufacturer, please feel free to contact us. We will use the manufacturer of your choice as much as possible.

You can choose the SSD capacity from 250GB/500GB/1TB/2TB. If you require a capacity other than those listed above, please feel free to contact us.
